Well, I hadn't thought of that name yet, but I committed to the idea of building a course that would teach the work process I use with my 1-on-1 clients at scale. Now here's the thing, although I've completed and sold it, I didn't have to make it this big. In fact, I could have started with a tiny course in the beginning and have the same level of success. Throughout this process I learned that my "big idea" kept me from tackling this project sooner. So if that's what's keeping you from building your own online course, you can start small. Not every course needs to be your "magnum opus". Often, people just want to get help in a very specific area of their lives and you can teach them the basics. To start, you can learn what it takes to build a course and who to learn from. To help you do that I've written a guide to Mastering the Art of Course Creation with a Coach in which I go into detail about the benefits of building a course as a therapists and the steps you can take to build one with help. Ultimately, my point for you is to start exploring course creation. There's more interest than ever before to learn from experts online. This means you. For therapists, it's an opportunity to help people at scale and add another revenue stream to your practice. โ

In the interview Dr. Murthy mentioned that that 48% of parents recently surveyed, say that most days, they feel completely overwhelmed by stress. Further, the conversation covered topics such as loneliness and parental isolation. โ
